The GarageADU by SYMBiHOM can be installed in an attached garage to be fully separate or a JADU with full bath & kitchen plus a communicating door to a shared laundry or the home for a family member or caregiver. The SYMBiHOM ADU comes to the house fully constructed and stick built where structural modifications to the garage are required. Installs easily in a 1, 2, or 3 car garage or underutilized space. When pre-fabricated the living unit is California HCD approved for offsite fabrication and designed to meet all the necessary codes and regulations per municipality.
