Rebecca was inspired with the idea of a scalable solution to one of the largest issues facing the nation - affordable missing middle housing. She saw a critical need that could not be addressed through traditional means and decided to pivot her career to address the workforce housing shortage starting in the state of California.
Rebecca Möller is a passionate advocate for sustainable living and the proud founder of SYMBiHOM, an innovative company dedicated to fostering harmony between humans and the environment. With a strong background in construction and a deep understanding of sustainable design principles, Rebecca has made it her life's mission to revolutionize the way we think about underutilized existing real estate and it’s impact on the planet and communities.
Rebecca has completed 22M sf of real estate design/ build construction in her career nationally. After realizing traditional commercial residential real estate would never meet the need of the critical nature of California’s housing crisis, she was compelled to create a scalable solution and SYMBiHOM was born.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
SYMBiHOM’s team consists of in-house Design and Permit Review, Project Management, Licensed Carpenters, Finishers, Plumbers and Electricians. All highly skilled, dependable and backed with a solid performance history.
MASTER PERMITS, SITE SPECIFIC PERMITS & INSTALLATION TEAM
SYMBiHOM has a San Jose master permit to ADUs. HCD in factory inspection allows for. less labor on on site and a faster installation.
To ensure timely project completion and commitment to quality, each installation is overseen by a SYMBiHOM project lead to supervise the certified installation agents.
SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS
SYMBiHOM ensures that materials are acquired and delivered with precision and timeliness. Customers can be assured that the delivery dates projected for installation are on time.

SYMBiHOM’s success depends on a commitment to quality assurance and quality control in the fabrication. Design is approved as approved CA HCD [CA Housing and Community Development] and inspected in the shop to ensure that the construction of each component is per plans and specification to meet local building codes.
WAREHOUSE AND TRANSPORTATION
SYMBiHOM has a purchasing team to optimize the receipt of materials, then organize and deliver the entire product to its destination, with all components accounted for and intact.
