About SYMBiHOM in Novato
Novato is Marin County's largest city by land area and offers one of the county's most accessible ADU markets — larger lots, more garage stock, and a city that has invested in its own pre-approved ADU plans program. Whether you're converting a garage, repurposing interior home space, or adding a backyard unit, Novato homeowners have a clear path forward. SYMBiHOM is a CA HCD approved ADU Design-Build Developer serving Novato.
Our Credentials in Novato
SYMBiHOM holds CA HCD approval and is actively pursuing pre-approved vendor status with the City of Novato. Novato operates its own Pre-Approved ADU Plans program and also participates in the ADUMarin county-wide resource network. We are also the only pre-approved garage conversion builder on the City of San José's official vendor list.
