Palo Alto ADU Developer — Garage, Home, and Backyard Conversions.
About SYMBiHOM in Palo Alto
Palo Alto homeowners are sitting on some of the highest-value residential land in the country. Whether it's a garage conversion, a home conversion, or a new backyard unit, a fully permitted ADU doesn't just add rental income — it adds a permanently permitted, separately sellable asset to one of the Bay Area's most sought-after zip codes. SYMBiHOM is a CA HCD approved ADU Design-Build Developer serving Palo Alto.
